Memorial Glass Process Wild Hearts Remembrance specialises in handcrafted memorial glass gemstones infused with cremation ashes and set into fine jewellery. Each memorial stone is individually created with care and intention, resulting in a deeply personal keepsake designed to honour treasured memories. Due to the artisanal nature of handcrafted glass and faceting, subtle variations, natural inclusions, and individual characteristics may occur within each piece, making every memorial gemstone beautifully unique. No two pieces will ever be identical.
Handcrafted Disclaimer Every Wild Heart Remembrance piece is designed and artistically created by Natasha using handcrafted memorial glasswork and individually guided processes. Some specialised production stages may be completed with the assistance of trusted artisan jewellers to ensure the highest quality finish for each heirloom piece. As each piece is handmade, slight variations and natural characteristics are part of its unique beauty.
Shipping Information To make the memorial process as gentle and simple as possible, Wild Hearts Remembrance provides a memorial inclusion package along with prepaid return postage for safely sending cremation ashes to our studio. Only a small amount of cremation ashes is required for each piece. We kindly recommend packaging inclusions securely and following the instructions provided within your inclusion kit for additional peace of mind. Once your keepsake has been completed, your finished piece will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on postal carriers and location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees applicable within their country.
Refunds & Cancellations As each Wild Hearts Remembrance piece is individually handcrafted and created especially for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet commenced. Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of memorial jewellery, slight variations and individual characteristics are considered part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Jewelry Care Your memorial jewelry is designed to be treasured for years to come. To preserve the beauty of your piece, we recommend avoiding: harsh chemicals prolonged water exposure heavy impact extreme temperature changes When not being worn, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place and clean gently using a soft cloth. As with all fine jewelry, thoughtful care will help preserve the beauty of your keepsake over time.
Terms & Conditions By placing an order with Wild Hearts Remembrance, you acknowledge and agree that each memorial piece is individually handcrafted and may contain subtle variations that make every creation beautifully unique. Only a small amount of cremation ashes is required for each piece, and all inclusions are handled with deep care and respect throughout the creation process. While every effort is made to safely handle and protect memorial inclusions and finished pieces, Wild Hearts Remembrance cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control including postal delays, carrier loss, accidental damage after delivery, or unforeseen material reactions. Product imagery displayed throughout the website is intended as a guide only, and natural variations may occur between pieces.
Privacy Policy Wild Hearts Remembrance respects your privacy and understands the deeply personal nature of memorial jewelry. Any personal information provided during your order process, including names, addresses, contact details, and order information, is used solely for communication, order fulfilment, and customer care purposes. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of services required to process payments or deliver your order. If you do not wish your memorial piece to be shared on social media or within our portfolio, please let us know prior to production.
Turnaround Time Each Wild Hearts Remembrance piece is individually handcrafted through a detailed artistic process before being carefully set into jewellery. Our current turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks from the time memorial inclusions are received. As every piece is created with care and intention, turnaround times may vary slightly during busy periods.
