Ordering & Creation
What happens after you order?
Choose your pendant and select your preferred metal option.
Receive your memorial inclusion kit, including instructions and prepaid return postage.
Send your inclusion to our Australian studio using the instructions provided.
Allow approximately six weeks from the arrival of your memorial inclusions for your piece to be completed.
Receive your keepsake, carefully packaged and returned to you.
Only a small amount of cremated ashes is required. Any remaining ashes are respectfully returned to you.
Please note that the six-week timeframe begins when your memorial inclusions arrive at our studio. Postal delivery times are additional, and turnaround may vary slightly during busy periods.
